Investment bank Harris Williams & Co. announced today the sale of Driven Brands, Inc., a portfolio company of Harvest Partners, LP to affiliates of Roark Capital Group. This transaction allowed for Carousel Capital to exit its final stake in Driven Brands, Inc., a former Carousel portfolio company.
