Peter Clark joined Carousel Capital in 2003. Previously, Mr. Clark worked in mergers and acquisitions at Harris Williams & Co in Richmond.
Mr. Clark currently serves on the board of directors of McCorquodale Transfer, Quality Automotive Services, Ethos, Palmetto Infusion, Huseby, and Expedited Travel. Mr. Clark’s former board and portfolio company responsibilities include Apex Analytix, Alpine Intel, Joe Hudson’s Collision Center, Southeastern Automotive Aftermarket Service Holdings, Mergent, Axium Healthcare, Express Oil Change and Service Center, Nestor Sales and Simpson Performance Products.
Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Applied Mathematics from Davidson College.
